The service is informational only
Safewayplumb is an AI tool that organizes the answers you provide into a checklist, risk score, and prioritized tasks. It is informational only. It is not a repair, inspection, insurance, contractor, or emergency service, and it does not create any professional relationship.
No guarantee
The checklist does not guarantee that all leaks, water damage, or insurance loss will be found or prevented. You are responsible for your property. Always confirm findings with a licensed plumber, a qualified home inspector, or your insurer before acting, and call local emergency services for any urgent hazard.
What we do not sell
We do not sell, host, or operate electronic monitoring devices, automatic electric shut-off valves, gas equipment, or pressurized parts. Any hardware named in the guide is described generically for education only.
Digital products
Report packs deliver digital report credits online. There is no physical product and no shipment. Checkout is currently a placeholder and cannot charge a card.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or rely on its output as a substitute for professional judgment. We may suspend access for misuse.
Limitation of liability
