Digital delivery only
Every Safewayplumb pack delivers digital report credits online. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping fees, carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses involved.
How credits are delivered
Once a payment provider is connected, report credits will be added to your account immediately after a successful purchase and confirmed by email. Checkout is currently a placeholder, so no credits are issued yet and no charge is taken.
Delivery problems
If credits do not appear after a future purchase, email support@safewayplumb.shop with your reference and we will resolve it.
Possible physical add-ons
Safewayplumb does not currently sell any physical product. If optional physical add-ons are ever offered in the future, their own shipping terms and a returns process would be published before purchase. We do not sell electronic monitoring devices, electric shut-off valves, gas equipment, or pressurized parts.
