Returns

Because Safewayplumb is a digital service, there is nothing physical to return. This page explains what that means and when a return process would ever apply.

Digital credits cannot be physically returned

Report packs are digital report credits delivered online. There is no physical item to ship back, so a traditional return does not apply. For billing issues such as duplicate charges or undelivered credits, see our Refund Policy.

If you bought the wrong pack

If you purchased a pack in error and have not used the credits, email support@safewayplumb.shop within 14 days and we will review a credit or refund at our discretion once checkout is live.

Physical add-ons

Physical product returns only apply if physical add-ons are later sold. We do not currently offer any physical product. If that ever changes, a return window, condition requirements, and a return address would be published with that product. We do not sell electronic monitoring devices, electric shut-off valves, gas equipment, or pressurized parts.

The checklist is informational only and does not guarantee that all leaks or water damage will be found or prevented. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
